Job Description

Controller position. This position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial information for 2 locations. As a critical member of the plant's management team, the Plant Controller is responsible for driving the financial performance of the plant, ensuring a strong internal control environment, and ensuring that economic rigor is applied to the decision-making process. This position will also manage the significant accounting demands of the US government as it pertains to business including POC accounting and related forecasting and budgeting of revenue and margins for that side of the business.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Minimum 10 years and 3 years in a leadership role

* Minimum of $75 Million in Revenue experience

* Must have Percentage of Completion (POC) Accounting experience

* Minimum bachelor's degree in business - Accounting/Finance and 8+ years experience

* Manufacturing experience required

* Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats

* Full scale accounting knowledge (financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, processes)

* Large ERP & Forecasting Systems experience preferably Epicor and OneStream

* Self-starter with ability to work independently
